Privacy Policy — Passport Photo: Pay Once

Passport Photo: Pay Once is an iOS application that helps you prepare passport, visa, and ID photos for documents. We are committed to your privacy.

WHAT WE COLLECT We collect nothing. The app does not have a server. The app does not have an account system. The app does not track you. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

PHOTOS All photo processing happens on your iPhone using Apple's built-in tools (Vision Framework and Core Image). Your photos are never transmitted anywhere by our app. Photos saved or shared from the app go through standard iOS APIs (Photos, Share Sheet) which are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

DEVICE STORAGE The app stores the following on your device using iOS's standard UserDefaults:

• Whether you have completed onboarding
• Your in-app purchase status (which formats are unlocked) This data does not leave your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

IN-APP PURCHASES Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store. We receive only the purchase confirmation needed to unlock features — we do not receive your payment information.

CAMERA AND PHOTOS PERMISSIONS The app requests access to your camera (only when you tap "Take a Photo") to capture an image, and access to your photo library (only when you tap "Choose from Library") to select an image. These are managed by iOS standard permissions.

CHILDREN The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's listing.
